This is an great tool to help you figure out your daily calorie requirement for weight loss. If you follow the weight loss guidlines, you should be able to lose 2-3lbs per week. This is the recommended schedule if you don’t want to gain the weight back. If you lose weight too quickly, your body will eventually return all that weight back to you.
